GRYB USA Regional Sales Manager

GRYB International is a manufacturing group of heavy machinery attachments that bring together the strengths of its division in the United State and in Canada. GRYB International has grown with its strong human values, passionate sales team and more! We are seeking a driven and technically minded Territory Sales Manager to grow, develop, and manage sales within the Southeast Region. This role focuses on promoting and selling scrap grapples, clamshell buckets, and scrap magnets to both equipment dealers and end users. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing technical product insight that supports long-term partnerships.

Product Focus: Scrap Grapples, Clamshell Buckets, Generators & Scrap Magnets, and various other material handling attachments


Territory Coverage

The Southeast Territory includes the following states:

  • Tennessee
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Alabama
  • North Carolina
  •  South Carolina

 

The Northeast Territory includes the following states:

  • Virginia
  • New Jersey
  • West Virginia
  • New York
  • Maryland
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Massachusetts
  • Pennsylvania
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • New Hampshire
  • Maine

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and expand market presence for scrap grapples, clamshell buckets, and scrap magnets across the Southeast region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a profound understanding of their unique requirements and guaranteeing satisfaction with our products.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through active prospecting and engagement with potential clients within defined industries.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our product and network with key and potential customers.
  • Research, qualify, and prospect new customers and markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically manage existing accounts.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to implement territory growth strategies.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region (estimated 50–70%).

Qualifications & Profile

  • Strong technical mindset with the ability to learn product specifications and applications quickly.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with both dealers and end users.
  • Sales experience preferred, but technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are most important.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently within a large multi-state territory.
  • Experience in heavy equipment, scrap/recycling industries, attachments, or related fields is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary plus commission, with the opportunity to generate up to $3 million in annual sales.   • Must live in the assigned territory: Southeast
  • Good knowledge of the industry related to that position, such as attachments, scrap, recycling, waste, demolition, forestry, dredging, ports, and stevedoring industries.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills; Customer experience is a priority
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively manage priorities and work under pressure.
  • Able to solve problems quickly and make the right decisions.
  • Action and results oriented.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Travel regularly
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
