Challenges related to the position of Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Sales Manager and in collaboration with the Inside Sales team, the Territory manager will maintain and develop GRYB International's product lines in the Ontario market.

  • Promote and sell GRYB International's equipment and services in the assigned territory to existing customers and by soliciting new customers (e.g., scheduling site visits, conducting sales blitzes, site visits and familiarization tours, representing the company at trade shows, cold calling, etc.);
  • Maintain and increase customer base and orders;
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up, optimize customer satisfaction and experience;
  • Research, qualify and prospect new customers and markets;
  • Hand over orders to internal sales and make the necessary arrangements to satisfy customers while respecting GRYB International's criteria (delivery time, applicable discounts, other fees, warranty, etc.);
  • Follow up with customers and resolve problems;
  • Be innovative in the proposed solutions;
  • Be proactive
  • Be a seasonned representative with a hunter mentality
  • All other related responsibilities.
 

REQUIREMENTS

Level of education : High school

Diploma : DES

Status : Completed

Work experience (years) : 3-5 years

Written English : Intermediate

Spoken English : Advanced

REQUESTED SKILLS

  • Must live in Ontario (preferably in the assigned territory)
  • Good knowledge of the heavy equipment attachment or heavy machinery industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role;
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills;
  • Customer experience is a priority;
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills;
  • Able to effectively manage priorities and work under pressure;
  • Able to solve problems quickly and make the right decisions;
  • Action and results-oriented;
  • Able to work as part of a team;
  • Available to be on the road 4/5 week days
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
